From setup to sharing
Open a place for questions without public names and answer them yourself.
An Ask board gives visitors a protected place to submit questions and gives the board owner a separate management flow for answers. Published answers remain associated with that board.
Question senders open the board, enter its password, and submit without creating a LOCK.PUB account. Password holders can see the board's questions and answers, while only the signed-in owner can answer, edit, or delete them.
Before you begin
Anyone with the board password can see its questions and answers.
Choose the board prompt and shared password, then share its address. Password holders can read questions and answers, but only the creator can answer and manage them, including in the original guest session. Connect that guest session to an account before losing it to retain owner access.
Visitors are not required to publish an account identity, but that does not promise complete technical anonymity. Anyone with the address and password can submit, and abusive content may still require moderation.
SecurityPractical answers for creators and recipients before using this feature.
Free boards allow 10 questions over the lifetime of a board, even if an earlier question is deleted. Anonymous questions can be inaccurate or abusive, so do not treat the board as verified testimony or an emergency channel.
