Question 1

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect in the next billing cycle.

Question 2

Are there limits on the free plan?

Accepted Answer

In this browser, Guest allows 3 creations/month and plain text memos up to 200 characters. After signup, Free allows 5/month and 500 characters. Chat: 50 messages per room. One-Time Secret and One-Time Image each have a separate one-use lifetime trial shared by Guest and Free; signup does not reset it. Pro: 50000 characters · auto detection · syntax highlighting for 35 formats · formatting for 10 formats.

Question 3

Can visitors send images in my Ask?

Accepted Answer

Free Ask uses text. Pro or Business owners can add one image to each answer in their own Ask and enable one photo or screenshot per question (off by default). Visitors need no account or subscription. Text is required. Images are optimized to 1024px and 128 KiB; originals are not stored. Across all Ask owned by the same account, storage is limited to 20 MiB for question and answer images combined (including up to 10 MiB for question images) and 200 images. Monthly Ask image limits for that account: 50 MiB uploaded and 1 GiB downloaded; shared account budgets also apply.

Question 4

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

We accept credit and debit cards via Stripe.

Question 5

Is there an annual billing option?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The annual plan is billed in full once per year. You can cancel anytime and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Coupons apply to the monthly plan only.
